Springfield

A compact rear garden in North London where the existing house has been demolished and a new basement and building constructed in it's place. The brief was for a simple open garden with space to sit, entertain and cook. Access to the front of the property also needed to be maintained for cars whilst incorporating new planting borders and window boxes.

Key constraints were existing mature trees in neighbouring gardens, drainage and replacing old boundaries.
