A stunning and sensitive paragraph 79 house designed by award winning Kirkland Fraser Moor Architects, nestled within a naturalistic landscape setting in Wigginton. The plot benefits from stunning views over the surrounding countryside towards Tring and Ashridge. ​

James was responsible for the concept design and landscape masterplan, aiding a sensitive and successful planning application. He has since been working on the detailed design stages for the scheme working closely with the clients to realise a beautiful and diverse landscape. Key landscape features include flint filled haha walling, wildflower meadows, orchard area, and a wildlife pond.
