A great project to be involved with and a hugely rewarding scheme to masterplan and develop ideas for. James has been working with client and architect since the inception ensuring a new activity centre and garden lodges are sensitively integrated into an existing woodland setting.

Bartlett’s residential care home is a Victorian country house built in 1856 for the Bartlett family when they were the High Sheriffs of Buckinghamshire. It has since been a school and is now a splendid country house retreat for the elderly. Located close to Aylesbury and with spectacular views across the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
