Working along Powell Tuck Associates, James was responsible for the masterplanning of this exciting commercial development project.

The design evolves over various stages and saw a complete building re-design significantly affect the final scheme.  This did however provide plenty of opportunity for James to flex his creative muscles and come up with several different iterations.

The landscape design played a key part in securing planning for the triangular plot adjacent to Imperial Wharf station.
