James was invited by the family owned Peveral Court Care Homes to re-design the large external terrace area to the rear of this historic property.  A former residence of Lord Baden-Powell, Stone House nursing care home is a wonderful property set in four acres of beautiful landscaped grounds. The house was originally built in 1862 and has since been sympathetically converted into a residential nursing home

The design of the rear terrace areas seeks to provide more options for seating in different zones with reconfigured ramped access to comply with disabled access standards.

A mix of high quality materials and planting to stimulate the senses throughout the seasons is proposed.
