A large residential development with a mix of private residential apartments and assisted living apartments.

James was responsible for the technical design stages of the project, producing the tender pack information, attending regular site meetings and carrying out the detailed snagging reports at the end of the project.

Key challenges and design features included incorporating proposals for the enhancement of the River Welland, running adjacent to the main site.  The majority of the courtyard areas were also constructed over a podium slab on top of an underground car park area and leisure facilities.
