A challenging tightly packed site in Notting Hill with space at a premium.

We were appointed by Great Marlborough Estates to design the landscaping of the communal areas.  This involved incorporating vehicular access, and coming up with creative ideas to screen a tall 5m boundary wall and maximise it's potential for landscaping.

​

The design hinged on a bespoke green wall system with large format porcelain tiles clad to look like concrete.  Unfortunately the tiles didn't make it through the tender stage and a rendered wall was used instead.

​

Shade loving planting was selected for large areas of the site, along side concrete pavers with contrasting colours.
