Canons Close & Hornbeams

A stunning and exclusive development of five apartments and three mansions situated on the Bishops Avenue.

Their location marries privacy and exclusivity with the 790-acre wilderness of neighbouring Hampstead Heath. The delights of London’s largest ancient parkland are only moments away, and the prestigious Kenwood House sits at the entrance to the Heath.

Bowles & Wyer helped gain Planning permission from Barnet Council for the

neo-Georgian houses and gardens for developer Client the Firoka Group and worked throughout the construction period to completion alongside Wolff Architects and PKS Architects.

Each Hornbeams house accommodates 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 5 reception rooms. The grand living accommodations have been designed over four floors and are generously proportioned across all levels with the additional benefit of lift access.

On the lower ground floors there is a state-of-the-art cinema room with bar and wine stores. Full leisure complex, boasting a 12m swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, ice fountain and treatment room along with generously sized staff quarters.

The houses are set behind a private gated carriage driveway with the additional benefits of a car lift. The landscaped gardens to the front, rear and side complete these beautiful homes.
