Regents Crescent

“Regent’s Crescent will be a new landmark development in central London."

Great Marlborough Estates identified this unique opportunity and are developing this on behalf of the owners.

A Grade I Listed John Nash Regency Crescent linking the West End and The Regent’s Park, Regent’s Crescent is to be converted back to the residential use for which the original 19th Century building was intended.

"The exemplary project will be delivered to the highest standards with professional advice provided by class leading consultants.”

Bowles & Wyer were employed as executive Landscape Architects, inheriting a sketch concept by Kim Wilkie.  James was instrumental in winning the project at tender stage alongside John Wyer, and subsequently oversaw the design development and detailing for the scheme through to completion, working closely alongside PDP Architects and the team.

This project was designed whilst working for Bowles & Wyer
