A stunning project in the heart of London. James was responsible for designing and overseeing the project from start to finish on this super prime residential penthouse.

A restrained palette of materials was selected for the terrace with Sawn Yorkstone paving, teak decking and flat white pebbles making up the key hard landscape materials.  They were subtly complemented by natural Zinc planters made in Belgium by the amazing team at Domani.  Bespoke planters were designed to accommodate lighting strips and external speakers.

Key features included a hot tub, olive trees, lounge furniture and outdoor kitchen complete with dumb waiter.  The exposed position meant all planting had to be tolerant of extreme weather conditions throughout the year.
